IAM Specialist

For our client, we're looking for an IAM Specialist. Key Responsibilities:Maintain and operate IAM services, focusing on stability and continuous improvement of existing solutionsManage user identities and access rights across enterprise systemsDesign and maintain access roles aligned with business and security requirementsDevelop and optimize access management processes and controlsAdminister identity platforms, including Active Directory and cloud-based solutionsHandle user provisioning and deprovisioning across integrated environmentsInvestigate and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requestsSupport and debug integrations between IAM systems and enterprise applicationsEnsure compliance with internal security policies and access governance standardsProvide support to the End User Services team when needed, including software installations and technical assistanceExperience with RSA solutions is considered an advantage, but not required.Seniority: Junior / Mid-level with strong technical fundamentals and motivation or Senior, if the scope is adjusted accordingly.Allocation: 100% (can be adjusted if needed according to the candidate) Start: May 2026 Language: English. Finnish is an advantage. Location: Helsinki or remote in Finland
