Quality Engineer - Lilla Edet

For our client, we're looking for a Quality Engineer to lead and support the transition from the current quality management system to Canea One, at site in Lilla Edet. The assignment requires a weekly availability of 40–50% and there is an immediate need, meaning the right candidate should be able to start already in a couple of weeks.The role reports directly to the Quality and Environment Manager.Our client is looking for a communicative and collaborative professional with a positive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable driving change management initiatives and navigating ambiguity and complexity. To be successful in this role, the person should be flexible, thorough, and able to work independently.Required Qualifications• Excellent written and spoken fluency in both English and Swedish.• Proven project management experience.• Strong understanding of how processes relate to product specifications.• Previous experience with similar implementation projects.Key Responsibilities• Leading the transfer and implementation of Canea One.• Coordinating project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.• Documenting processes and ensuring alignment with quality standards.• Training employees in the new system and supporting change management efforts.• Monitoring project risks, progress, and reporting outcomes to management.Hiring Details• Scope: 40–50% weekly.• Duration: 3-6 months depending on project outcome.
