About the Team:The Industrial Maintenance and Shopfloor Services IT group specializes in:Supporting global IT applications for production maintenanceDelivering scalable IT hardware solutions to Scania’s shopfloorThe current team includes service managers, architects, analysts, data engineers, and developers. You will join the team responsible for industrial maintenance applications, overseeing development and incident management for the MAXIMO product in a senior role.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the developer teamEngage with customers at production units and liaise with the Product OwnerHelp the business describe incidents and draft requirements for suppliersAssist the architect with detailed design decisionsParticipate in development projects, ensuring high-quality deliveryIdentify and resolve functional and technical issues in MaximoRequired Skills & Experience:1. IBM Maximo / Domain KnowledgeStrong experience with IBM Maximo, preferably Maximo Application Suite (MAS) / Maximo ManageConfiguring and customizing applications, objects, domains, and workflowsGood understanding of the Maximo Business Object (MBO) FrameworkExperience managing Security Groups, roles, and data restrictionsHands-on experience with Database Configuration and Object StructuresSolid experience with the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical Maximo issues2. IntegrationsStrong experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)Experience integrating Maximo with external systems via REST APIs, SOAP web services, and messaging platformsExperience with Kafka or other event-streaming platforms is a plusFamiliarity with middleware solutions, such as ESB and API gatewaysKey Qualities of a Maximo Lead Developer:Strong technical knowledge of MBO Framework and MIFProven experience deg and delivering enterprise-level integrationsAbility to lead, guide, and mentor development teamsStrong social and communication skills, capable of collaborating with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and vendorsStructured, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking technical ownershipLocation: Södertälje, Sweden (Remote possible with agreed days on site)Scope: 100%Desired Start Date: 15/4Duration: 12 monthsInterview Process:The selection process includes two rounds:
