Description
We are now looking for a Medium/Senior Graphic Communicator on the behalf of our client. Assignment description:A Graphic Communicator transforms strategic messages into clear, engaging, and visually compelling communication. The role blends creativity, brand understanding, and communication skill to ensure information is accessible, aligned with brand identity, and impactful across various channels mainly print and digital.Key Responsibilities:Visual Communication & Design:Develop high quality visual assets: packaging, icons, illustrations, infographics, layouts, templates that support clear communication.Translate complex information into simple, intuitive visual formats that improve understanding and user experience.Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand identity, tonality, and guidelines.Be accustomed to repetitive tasks.Content Collaboration:Partner with communication specialists, or operational stakeholders to clarify key messages and define the best visual approach.Contribute creative input to development, communication, WOW.Production & Delivery:Produce ready to use communication materials for print, or digital platforms depending on needs.Prepare files, mockups, and prototypes with attention to technical accuracy (layouts, pixel perfect graphics, colour profiles, and formats).Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver within timelines.Brand Experience & Quality:Champion visual consistency across channels and teams by guiding others in using templates, graphic standards, and communication principles.Evaluate the visual impact of communication materials and suggest improvements where needed.Maintain awareness of design trends, user experience best practices, and accessibility standards.Competencies & SkillsCore Skills:Graphic design, layout, and compositionTypography and iconographyVisual hierarchy and information designBasic motion graphics or animation (optional but valuable)Knowledge of accessibility principlesTechnical Skills:Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign) Understanding of print production processes and specificationsBehavioural Competencies:Strong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to understand user needs and simplify complexityDetail oriented while still managing deadlinesCreative problem solver with a structured approachCurious, proactive, and willing to test new methods or toolsStart: ASAPDuration: 2026-06-30 (might be possible for extension)Workload: 100%Location: Älmhult (needs to be onsite at least 3-4 days/week)We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, so if interested please don´t hesitate to apply!
