Collibra Data Quality Product Owner / Data Analyst

We are seeking for a Collibra Data Quality Product Owner and Data Analyst to support our Data Quality initiative by deg and implementing Collibra Data Quality (DQ) scorecards while enabling internal teams to take long-term ownership of their maintenance and development.The consultant will collaborate closely with data owners, data stewards, platform specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure the implemented data quality controls are fit for purpose and sustainable. In addition, the consultant will act as Product Owner for the Collibra DQ scorecard capability, supporting cost estimation, prioritization, and the strategic direction of the platform.Engagement ModelThis is a nearshore consultancy engagement delivered within a collaborative data governance and data quality program.The consultant will support both delivery and enablement, ensuring that implemented solutions are maintainable and that internal teams are equipped to operate and evolve them independently.All consultants must be physically located within the EU due to regulatory data-sharing requirements.Scope of WorkDesign and Implement Data Quality ScorecardsDesign and develop Collibra Data Quality scorecards.Implement data profiling, business rules, thresholds, and quality metrics.Ensure scorecards support monitoring and continuous improvement of data quality across domains.DeliverablesImplemented Collibra DQ scorecards including defined data rules, thresholds, quality metrics, and documentation.Enable Internal TeamsFacilitate workshops and hands-on sessions for business and technical users.Guide data owners and data stewards in understanding how scorecards function and how to maintain or extend them.Support knowledge transfer through documentation, guidelines, and structured handover activities.DeliverablesTraining sessions, documentation, and operational guidelines enabling internal teams to manage and extend scorecards independently.Product Ownership for Data Quality CapabilityAct as Product Owner for the Collibra DQ scorecard capability.Support backlog prioritization and alignment with stakeholders.Contribute to roadmap planning and value realization for the Data Quality platform.Perform cost estimation and price modelling for development, onboarding, and operational usage.DeliverablesBacklog management, prioritization support, and documented cost and pricing models related to the DQ capability.Platform Support and GovernanceSupport selected platform-related tasks such as configuration, access handling, or troubleshooting when needed.Contribute to platform governance, best practices, and architectural decision support.DeliverablesGuidelines, governance input, and operational support documentation.Out of ScopeThe consultant will not be responsible forLong-term operational ownership of the Collibra platform infrastructure.Ownership of operational data domains or business data governance decisions.Development of business dashboards or analytics solutions outside the scope of data quality scorecards.Required Technical CompetenceProven experience deg or implementing Collibra Data Quality scorecards.Strong understanding of data profiling, data quality rules, thresholds, and quality metrics.Experience working with data governance frameworks and data stewardship processes.Experience onboarding, training, and enabling business users and technical stakeholders.Experience acting in a Product Owner role or similar leadership function, including backlog prioritization and stakeholder alignment.Experience with cost estimation and price modelling related to platform capabilities or services.Nice to HaveKnowledge of Collibra Metadata Catalog platform technologies.Experience working in large and complex enterprise environments.Experience with Power BI, including building dashboards or visualizing data quality metrics.Personal CompetenciesStrong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.Ability to translate business requirements into technical data quality controls.Structured and analytical problem-solving approach.Proactive mindset with focus on enabling long-term organizational capability.Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional and distributed teams.Please complete the attached template and paste your CV into it!Start: 1/4 - 26Assignment Length: 2027-08-31Scope: 100%Please note!
