We searching for Expert support for writing EC proposals to Horizon program, in-depth applicable knowledge of the policy domain and experience in submitting (successful) research and innovation projects. Who can act on short notice and get involved with proposal writing up until submission deadline (April 16th)Background:Innovation Skåne have gathered a consortium for submitting a joint proposal to the Horizon program, funded by the European Comission, with particular focus area on PPI (Public Procurement of Innovation).They seek to recruit consultancy services delivering in-depth relevant expertise within the domain with a documented record of submitting approved project proposals for funded projects.Assignment:Prioritized requested competence(s) are;In-depth, documented knowledge of the health domain on a European level and excellent understanding of how strategy drives european funding for research and innovation projectsIn-depth, documented knowledge and experience of working with the Horizon instrument, understanding both its purposes as well as how the program has been implemented The writer will work with (i) Innovation Skåne as the Coordinator of proposal preparations, and (ii) the entire consortium to prepare a successful proposal. Engagement and collaboration with these groups will be direct, regular and agile.The expected result is the development of a qualitative and potentially successful proposal towards the Horizon programme.Duration and time:Efforts are expected to be provided remotely. Around 60% of full-time.Requirements you must have:Indepth and documented knowledge of EC funding instruments and how they are affected by (European) policy in health and careDocumented experience in submitting approved project proposals for EC research and innovation fundingDocumented experience in writing approved project proposal to the Horizon programIndepth knowledge of strategy and purposes driving the Horizon funding instrument and how they are implemented in funded projectsFluent in englishAvailable on short notice and up unil submission deadline (April 16th 2026) Merit requirements:Extensive european network of relevant research and innovation organisations in the health and care domainDocumended experience in coordinating preparation of, and submitting approved relevant project proposals for EC research and innovation funding under the Health domainStart: ASAPSlut: 2026-04-16Maximum rate: 12.380 EuroForm of compensation: Fixed price, 50% at project start 50% at project completion.
