Technical Sales Support Specialist
Description
We are looking for a consultant to provide advanced technical product support within Robot Controllers and Robot Software for a global robotics organization. The assignment focuses on troubleshooting, case ownership, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality technical support and maximum customer uptime.The consultant will handle complex support cases, recommend and coordinate solutions end-to-end, and proactively communicate status and progress to internal customers. The role also includes close cooperation with R&D and cross-functional teams to escalate issues and contribute to continuous product and software improvements.Required competence and experience:Experience in technical support, field service, R&D, or product/system engineering within robotics or industrial automation (typically +1 years).Strong knowledge of RobotWare, IRC5 and/or OmniCore controllers, troubleshooting tools, and case management systems.Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate professionally in both Swedish and English.Experience from technical customer-facing roles is considered a strong advantage.Location: Västerås
