Role description: The role of a Senior Product Owner within Lynk & Co is to understand the product and know who uses it and why. For the aftermarket application landscape, this means holding end to end product ownership of core systems supporting workshops, service operations, diagnostics, parts and regulatory compliance.This role is the voice of the product, with a deep understanding of its purpose, users and its place in the broader Lynk & Co ecosystem. It requires strong knowledge of automotive aftermarket operations, system integrations and the regulatory framework surrounding vehicle and workshop data.The Senior Product Owner manages and prioritizes the product backlog, collaborates closely with stakeholders and external suppliers, plans releases and ensures that development is aligned with the product roadmap, operational needs and Uptime business priorities. The role acts as the link between business and technology, ensuring that the applications evolve in a stable, compliant and value driven way.Key responsibilities: Hold full product ownership of assigned aftermarket applications including roadmap and lifecycle managementManage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is continuously updated and aligned with roadmap and Uptime business prioritiesResponsible for stakeholder relationships including super users in workshops and support functionsLead sprint planning and release coordination in alignment with roadmap and agreed deadlinesEnsure understanding of user needs and that these are reflected in product direction and prioritiesAct as primary interface towards external system suppliers and ensure effective collaborationEnsure stability, performance and long term sustainability of the applicationsEnsure alignment between the aftermarket applications and the broader Lynk & Co system landscape and integrationsContribute with technical expertise in testing, installation and configuration of the in car digital user manualDefine and govern frameworks and processes for system access handlingAct as epic owner for larger development initiativesAdditional responsibilities:Act as single point of contact for Uptime Systems system portfolioProvide internal support and subject matter expertise within RMI and bulk RMI, including contribution to audits and regulatory topicsDrive improvements in service delivery by leveraging technical solutions such as APIs, automation and data tools.Qualifications & Skills: 10+ years of experience as a product owner or similar role within complex system landscapesExtensive experience within automotive aftermarket systems and workshop operationsStrong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycleExperience with backlog management tools such as Azure DevOpsExperience working with external software suppliers and distributed development teamsSolid understanding of integrations, APIs and data flowsStrong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, DTC management, ECU architecture and software update processes within an aftermarket environmentTechnical understanding of Android based in car applications, ECU deployment and cloud based distribution modelsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsDeep understanding of Lynk & Co business model and internal ecosystem, with the ability to make informed decisions based on user value and business impactAbility to work independently and take full responsibility for the productStrong understanding of regulatory requirements related to automotive data and RMIPrevious experience of Lynk&Co Workshop System portfolio is an advantage.Competencies: Collaborative and self driven with strong relationship building skillsUser centric with strong business awarenessStrong sense of ownership and accountability in a cross functional environmentStructured and analytical with high attention to detailComfortable navigating dynamic and evolving environments while taking initiativeTrusted stakeholder partner across technical and non technical domainsAbility to operate independently with a strong ownership mindsetWe offer continuously.
