IT Business and System Analyst

For our client we are looking for a IT Business and System AnalystAssignment OverviewWe are looking for a senior techno-functional consultant who can contribute across business analysis, solution design, and development-related tasks.The role is execution-focused and requires a consultant who can operate independently while collaborating effectively with business stakeholders, our in-house IT team, and external vendors.This is a hybrid role combining business process work, requirement ownership, and hands-on technical tasks in SQL, C#,.NET, and Angular. The consultant is expected to bridge business and IT while actively contributing to both analysis and implementation workKey ResponsibilitiesBusiness Process & Analysis•Lead As-Is and To-Be business process mapping initiatives•Facilitate business workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders•Drive business requirement gathering end-to-end•Author functional specifications and related documentation•Ensure requirement traceability from business need through implementation•Support validation, testing, and production issue analysiSolution Design•Own the end-to-end solution design within the assigned scope•Ensure alignment with business requirements, technical standards, and ISEC regulations•Translate business requirements into structured technical solution proposals•Assess impact on existing systems (on-prem and cloud)•Work closely with architects, developers, and external vendors•Knowledge of View21 and Dynamics 365 (D365) is considered an advantageDevelopment & Technical Tasks•Perform hands-on SQL work (queries, joins, stored procedures, troubleshooting)•Optimize and modify stored procedures where needed•Develop reports based on business needs•Analyze and resolve production data issues•Perform C#/.NET code changes when required•Contribute to application development when needed•Contribute to Angular-based front-end components where applicable•Work in modern development environments using Git and CI/CD practicesRequired CompetenciesBusiness Process Management•Demonstrated experience leading BPM initiatives (As-Is / To-Be mapping)•Experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders•Strong hands-on involvement in process documentationBusiness Requirement Gathering•Experience leading requirement gathering independently•Experience authoring BRDs / functional specifications•Structured approach to requirement traceability and validationSolution Architecture Competencies•Experience contributing to solution design and architecture discussions•Ability to analyze system integrations and data flows•Understanding of distributed systems and API-based integrations•Experience working in both on-prem and cloud-based environments•Ability to assess technical impact of business changes•Ability to evaluate and assess technical solutions against ISEC regulations and security requirementsTechnical Skills•Strong hands-on SQL Server experienceoWriting complex queriesoDeveloping and optimizing stored proceduresoTroubleshooting production issues•Strong experience in C# and.NET•Good working knowledge of Angular•Experience working with Git•Experience working in Jira•Familiarity with Agile best practices (Scrum, backlog refinement, sprint planning, etc.)•Familiarity with modern development and CI/CD practices•Experience working in on-prem environmentsAdditional Requirements•Strong collaboration and communication skills•Solid understanding of ISEC regulations and security requirements•Experience working in Agile frameworks•Professional English communication skillOn-site presence minimum 3 days per weekDesired start date: ASAPDuration: 6 monthsLocation: Södertälje, Hybrid 3 On-siteScope: 100%Language: EnglishPlease, apply directly through our system with- your updated CV- your hourly rate (all included)- information on when you are available to start- in the Motivation describe why you are suitable for this assignment - refer to earlier assignments, employments, education and personal qualities.For the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,9%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced.
