Senior AI Advisor

AI Advisory ExpertThe Global AI Advisory Expert is a senior-level position responsible for providing strategic guidance and expert recommendations on the adoption, integration, and governance of artificial intelligence technologies across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the latest AI advancements, industry trends, and regulatory landscapes. The expert will collaborate with executive leadership, technology teams, and business units to formulate and execute a comprehensive corporate AI strategy that drives innovation, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage. The position is part of a new team and organization responsible for the strategy and governance of AI across the new Trucks Technology Industry Division.Responsibilities• Review and assess proposed solutions with regards to technology, strategy, risk, and business• Lead and participate in workshops to define high impact AI solutions suitable for the company’s global operations.• Monitor emerging AI trends and assess their relevance to the organization.• Develop frameworks for responsible AI adoption, including governance, compliance, and best practices.• Engage in hands-on development of solutionsQualifications• Extraordinary team and collaboration skills• Customer focused• Documented experience from and deep understanding of various AI technologies• At least 10 years experience of advanced analytics, data manipulation• Experience of industrializing solutions• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.• Advanced degree (PhD or M.Sc.) in relevant technical field• Experience of business development/economics is advantageousThe office is located in Lindholmen, and is planned to move to Lundby later this year. The default work location is from the offices and in close collaboration with the team.
