• Industrial Embedded Product DevelopmentWe are currently looking for an experienced Test Lead for an exciting assignment within advanced industrial product development. The role involves taking full ownership of the verification and test strategy for a next-generation controller, covering both hardware and software from early prototype stages through system integration and final validation.This is a key position for someone who wants to drive quality from the ground up and shape a modern, efficient, and standards-compliant test approach.About the Role:As Test Lead, you will design and own the overall verification and validation strategy across the entire product lifecycle. You will ensure fast and reliable quality feedback to development teams while minimizing waste and eliminating redundant testing activities.The assignment spans embedded systems in an industrial environment and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Software, Hardware, Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Product Management.Your responsibilities will include:Defining and owning the overall verification & validation strategyEstablishing test levels, coverage strategies, and traceability modelsDeg efficient test environments and integration frameworksDriving test automation initiatives and early defect detection strategiesEnsuring compliance with relevant industrial standards and certification requirementsAligning test activities across hardware and software domainsOptimizing processes to enable rapid and reliable feedback loopsRequired ExperienceWe are looking for a senior professional with:8+ years of experience in industrial product testingStrong background in embedded systems testing (hardware and software)Proven experience defining and implementing test strategiesExperience working towards industrial standards and certification requirementsStrong understanding of state-of-the-art testing methodologies and automationExperience working in cross-functional product development environmentsPersonal ProfileTo succeed in this role, you are:Strategic and structured in your approachComfortable taking ownership and driving decisionsAnalytical with a quality-first mindsetCollaborative and communicative across technical domainsPassionate about building efficient and modern test frameworksApplication: Please submit your CV in English!!
