• AssemblyIndustry: Industrial Robotics & Advanced AutomationOur client within the industrial robotics manufacturing sector is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to develop and optimize assembly lines in both the current factory and a new large-scale Robotics Campus in Sweden.In this role, you will drive the development of production processes and assembly methods, ensuring targets in health & safety, quality, and delivery are achieved through structured problem-solving and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and improve assembly methods, work instructions, and PFMEAEnsure correct tools and equipment are available at the right stationsSupport daily production together with line technicians and operatorsParticipate in weekly alignment meetings with line managers and support functionsAnalyze production challenges and implement effective improvementsContribute to Lean and World Class Manufacturing initiativesRequired ProfileMinimum 5 years’ experience as a Production Engineer in assembly/manufacturing environmentsMSc in Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or similarStrong knowledge of ERP systemsExperience with Lean and World Class ManufacturingStructured, hands-on, and improvement-driven mindsetStrong sense of ownership and urgency to support production flowThis is a key role for a senior engineer who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to contribute to the development of next-generation robotics production.Application deadlineWe review applications on an ongoing basis.
