Value Realization Lead - SAP S4 Hana program

For our client we are seraching for a Value Realization Lead to a SAP S4 Hana program. Job Description The Value Realization Lead is responsible for ensuring that the CBT (Core Business Transformation) program SAP transformation delivers measurable business value. This role defines, tracks, and enables the realization of both tangible and intangible benefits across projects, investments, and teams. By aligning outcomes with strategic goals, the Value Realization Lead ensures that the organization captures the full return on its transformation efforts. Key Responsibility:

• Define and implement value realization frameworks and metrics across the program.
• Measure and track business value delivered by projects and workstreams, including financial and non-financial benefits.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify value drivers and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide insights and reporting on benefit realization to program leadership and stakeholders.
• Support decision-making by highlighting value gaps, risks to benefit realization, and opportunities for optimization.
• Promote a value-focused mindset across the program and organization. Qualifications
• Typically 5-8 years of experience in business transformation, value realization, or program management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive a value-focused mindset across diverse teams.
• Advanced analytical and communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• A bachelor's or preferably a master's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Who are you:
