- Systematic & Preventive MaintenanceWe are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer for our client in the robot industry who wants to take a key role in developing and strengthening a structured maintenance organization within an advanced industrial environment.In this role, you will be involved in building and further developing the systematic maintenance setup for a modern production and technology campus.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in projects to establish maintenance plans and spare parts strategies at an early stageShare main responsibility for the maintenance management system together with the teamDrive and develop preventive and condition-based maintenanceLead continuous improvement of maintenance systems and processesPerform Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and initiate corrective actionsParticipate in planning and execution of major maintenance shutdownsManage spare parts preparation and warehouse strategyDrive evaluation and selection of service agreements based on business needsPrepare and plan maintenance work orders for workshop operationsCollaborate cross-functionally with projects, technicians, production, logistics, and R&DEnsure regulatory compliance, including third-party inspections and lifting equipment requirementsResponsible for technical documentation and updates in maintenance systemsBackground & QualificationsPost-secondary education within Maintenance Engineering or equivalentExperience from industrial maintenance, preferably within automated production environments or robotic cellsAbility to work in a structured and independent manner, as well as in team settingsFluent in Swedish, both spoken and writtenGood general IT skills and experience working in maintenance systemsPersonal ProfileStructured, analytical, and solution-orientedEngaged, detail-oriented, and goal-drivenService-minded with strong communication skills in both Swedish and EnglishApplication deadlineWe review applications on an ongoing basis.
