Senior ETL Developer

We are looking for a Senior ETL Developer for our client in the banking industry As part of the client’s Scrum team, the consultant will play a key role in developing and optimizing ETL flows for data migration initiatives. The consultant will be responsible for deg, monitoring, and continuously improving ETL processes to ensure high performance, efficiency, and data quality. The role requires a strong ability to understand mapping documents and data integration requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Working closely with team members and business stakeholders, the consultant will ensure a clear understanding of requirements and high-quality deliveries, while keeping development documentation accurate and up to date.Must-have knowledge and experience:Experience working directly with IBM DataStage, Informatica or similar ETL/Data Integration tool would be a great assetExcellent SQL/ PL-SQL and Oracle DB skillsAbility to use Git for version controlAttention to details and high quality codeUnderstanding of data warehousing and data mesh conceptsUnderstanding of data modelling perspectiveExperience in data migrationsWorking with Scrum/SAFe frameworks and within self-managing teamExcellent communication skillsFluent in English, written as well as spokenStartdate: 04-05-2026Enddate: 03-11-2026Location: Łódź, Gdańsk or Gdynia, Warsaw.
