Assignment DescriptionHusqvarna Group is seeking an experienced interim consultant to temporarily lead the Facilities & Construction category during a transition period. The assignment carries global category responsibility, with primary operational focus on Sweden and our largest site in Huskvarna, where significant construction and facility-related investments are ongoing. The consultant is expected to ensure continuity, drive active sourcing initiatives, and deliver measurable commercial impact. TasksScope Lead and execute ongoing sourcing and contracting activities within Facilities & Construction Manage RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract implementation Support major construction and facility investment projects in Sweden Secure robust commercial agreements and ensure procurement governance Identify and deliver cost savings and risk mitigation Manage supplier performance and stakeholder alignment Provide structured reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.Required skillsRequired Profile 7+ years’ experience in strategic procurement/category management Strong background in construction and facility-related sourcing Proven experience managing complex negotiations and contracts Ability to operate independently in a global matrix organization Strong stakeholder management skills Fluent in Swedish and English.Please note!
