We are looking for two Communication Consultants for one of our Client in the Pharmaceutical industryJob DescriptionWe need candidates fast for this request as interviews will be held next week due to start date and deadlines in the projectWe are looking for a senior profiles in the IT management consultant stream.In a combination of the four consultants we search for: SharePoint production expertise (knowing the client's has a restricted setup) Graphical production and implementation Communication across SharePoint, Emails, Slides etc. for both employees and leaders High AI literacy level High execution ability -- >from brief to executionWe are relaunching ai.hub as our internal one-stop-shop, for all AI training and tool usage, from beginner over intermediate to advanced. We will set up global productivity training, leadership and exec training as well.We are inviting to a high execution phase where everything needs to come together, and we are seeking 4 externals known for their high quality execution skills to join our team with the following competences.Setup:ONE SharePoint production consultantThe current site needs to be extended to encompass all the global content: Implementation of both tracking and search functionality TWO Communication Consultants All communication on the site needs to be alinged with post transformation stategy and the new ownership of upskilling by the AI Upskilling and Adoption team in Enterprise AIONE Graphical designer A new Wordmark has been made and needs to be implemented across all communication: SharePoint, slides, emailing templates to future use Training sessions: We are running general productivity training 1, 2, and 3 for 40.000 plus employees. the content is almost set, and slides, invites, email, follow up emails need to me made Leadership training: Pre and post communication, slide assistance, initiating role-out plans Ambassador network: Design of reach out, comms and catalyst plan for the different EVP area Required SkillsWe are looking for a senior profile in the IT management consultant stream.In a combination of the four consultants we search for: SharePoint production expertise (knowing the client has a restricted setup) Graphical production and implementation Communication across SharePoint, Emails, Slides etc. for both employees and leaders High AI literacy level High execution ability -- >from brief to executionStart date: 02-03-2026End date: 15-05-2026Location: Ballerup, Denmark For the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,9%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced.We offer candidates continuously.
