For our client we are looking for a Technical Lead AWS (Multi-cloud).Assignment description and main responsibilities:An experienced Technical Lead with a focus on AWS is sought to join a Cloud Platform function. In this role, a key contribution is expected in shaping, developing, and operating a multi-cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP). Responsibilities include building secure, cost-efficient, and developer-friendly cloud services that empower product and engineering teams across the organization.This position is well suited for someone with a strong background in AWS architecture, software development practices, and DevOps tooling, combined with a passion for community building and driving adoption of best practices across a large organization.Deliveries:Cloud Architecture & EngineeringDesign and evolve AWS-based solutions to support enterprise workloads, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.Contribute to a multi-cloud strategy (AWS, GCP, Azure) and provide cross-platform architectural guidance.Develop and maintain boilerplates, reference architectures, and automation to accelerate cloud adoption.Platform ServicesProvide expertise in observability (Datadog, ) and cost optimization, ensuring efficient use of cloud resources.Enable autonomous ways of working through governance, guardrails, and developer tooling.Drive adoption of CI/CD practices using GitHub and modern software development workflows.Community & CollaborationAct as a trusted advisor to internal engineering teams, supporting best practices in cloud architecture, security, and cost management.Contribute to knowledge sharing, communities of practice, and developer enablement initiatives.Partner with stakeholders across technology, security, and finance to align cloud usage with business goals.Competence requirements:Deep hands-on experience with AWS architecture and services (compute, storage, networking, security, IAM).Experience with GCP and/or Azure in a multi-cloud context.Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, software development tooling, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).Proven experience with observability platforms (CloudWatch, Datadog).Experience in cost optimization and FinOps practices.Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).Professional Skills:Ability to translate business and compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Community-driven mindset, with a passion for enabling and mentoring others.Other requirements:Ability to translate business and compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Community-driven mindset, with a passion for enabling and mentoring others.The Cloud Platform function:The Cloud Platform function consists of senior, highly experienced engineers and technical leads working across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The group is composed primarily of senior-level individuals with strong backgrounds in cloud architecture, software engineering, and platform operations.A key responsibility is defining and maintaining cloud guardrails, standards, and best practices for the developer community. Close collaboration with product and engineering stakeholders ensures secure, scalable, and cost-efficient development, while promoting autonomy through governance, automation, and self-service capabilities.Please note!
