Description

For our client we are looking for a Service Leader. Role description: - Ensuring clarity and understanding of IT Operations Essentials on 18 disciplines of the framework (composed of IT processes)- Enhancing content, such as minimum requirements, reports/dashboards, SLAs, as-is picture questions to improve comprehension.- Ensuring availability of documents, training, and materials for all stakeholders.- Driving IT Operational meetings with sites that are in run-time mode.- Helping site teams to adopt and implement IT OPS framework - Performing IT OPS as-is picture, identify the gaps, define remediation and improvement plans. - Providing necessary guidance to all IT delivery teams to reach defined quality levels and be compliant with IT OPS mandatory principles. - Promoting ITSM knowledge and IT OPS culture, trainings and access to documentation, templates. - Handling site requests and escalating quality issues to strategic levels when necessary.- Ensuring visibility of results (maturity levels, action plan, roadmap) - Spreading agile mindset across the organization, both IT and business- Establishing communication between IT operations Management organization, local IT teams and business stakeholders. - Helping DPO to increase IT OPS coverage.
