For our client we are searching for a Finance Manager.Job Tasks And ResponsibilitiesAccountability & DeliverablesOversee and take responsibility for preparation and coordination of monthly financial closings in SAP and reporting in theAARO consolidation system, including related SOX controlsReview and analyze monthly financial reportingProactively monitor liquidity levelsInput into the preparation of the Polestar Group Annual Report and Quarterly Reports filed with SEC in the USLead the preparation of the local statutory accounts/annual report, including coordination with external auditorsInput into covenant compliance monitoring processes, working closely with Treasury and Financial Services colleaguesLead the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and effectivenessLead the transfer of accounting tasks to shared service centerCompetencesUniversity degree in FinanceAt a minimum 5

• 10 years relevant experience from similar tasks at an Accounting DepartmentStrong K3 accounting knowledgeStrong experience in ExcelStrong analytical skillsUser experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4 and consolidation tool AARO is an additional bonusExperience managing staff under compressed timelines to meet financial reporting deadlines that are common amongstglobal and publicly listed U.S. companiesBroad knowledge and experience of Accounting and Financial Control processes and systems in an international contextwith IFRS and SOXExperience with covenant compliance and liquidity monitoringEnglish as a natural language for written and spoken communication.Please note!
