• Energy & Power SystemsWe are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager for an exciting assignment with a global leader in energy technology and electrification solutions.The role is part of a business area delivering advanced solutions within power systems and grid infrastructure, contributing directly to the global energy transition.This is an opportunity to lead technically complex and impactful projects in an international environment.The Role:As Project Manager, you will have full responsibility for assigned projects from handover by Sales through delivery and commissioning. You will ensure successful execution:On timeWithin budgetAccording to agreed scope and quality standardsIn compliance with safety requirementsYou will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships while coordinating internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery throughout the full lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute projects within system deliveries and power-related solutionsEnsure compliance with contractual obligationsManage forecasting, cost control, and financial follow-upIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and opportunitiesCoordinate internal resources and stakeholdersSupport contract negotiations and manage claims when requiredEnsure adherence to quality and safety frameworksDrive continuous improvement through lessons learnedQualifications:We are looking for someone with:Minimum 3 years of project management experienceExperience managing projects of varying size, complexity, and contractual modelsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalentStrong communication skills in English (Swedish is considered an advantage)A structured, proactive, and independent working styleStrong collaboration and customer-focused mindsetMeritorious:Experience within electrical grids, power systems, substations, or similarPMP®, IPMA, or equivalent project management certificationExperience from technically complex system delivery projectsBackground in international or matrix organizationsAssignment Details:Start: 2026-03-23End: 2026-12-31Location: Västerås, SwedenPlease apply directly through our system with your updated CV in English, where your relevant skills and experience for the role is clearly demonstrated.Application deadlineWe review applications on an ongoing basis.
