UI Motion Designer

For our client we are looking for a UI Motion Designer.UI Motion DesignerA UI Motion Designer with 3–5 years of experience, able to work independently with theguidance and within the framework set by the design UI/UX team. The role involvescontributing to the development of high‑quality UI deliverables, including visual and motion design, andsupporting HMI‑related design work in close collaboration with UI/UX and Interior Design teams acrossall project phases.Assignment description and main responsibilities- High‑quality UI deliverables in alignment with design established frameworks and guidelines.- Support the creation of UI and motion design assets for HMI‑related features.- Ensure detent is consistently translated into final output.- Participate in reviews and present design work.Competence requirements- Min 3-5 years working experience in UI and motion Design.- Ability to present design work in a clear, structured and professional manner.- English speaking on a high levelOther requirements- Excellent teamworking skills.- Ability to iterate and re-design based on feedback and the vision of the Design team.Qualifications & Skills:• Documented experience as a Digital Designer with a focus on UI and motion design, suitable forindependent work.• Strong ability to deliver high quality UI assets in alignment with established design frameworksand brand guidelines.• Proven capability to collaborate efficiently with cross functional teams and other relevantstakeholders.• High level of visual accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency in design execution.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle evolving requirements indynamic project phases.• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and motivate design decisions in a clearand structured manner.• Professional working proficiency in English.• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Suite (After effects).Experiences below are considered a plus but not a requirement:o Expertise in Blender.o Experience in HMI principles and their application within automotive designenvironments.Please apply with CV and portfolio.
