Senior Program Manager

Assignment Description:We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and develop the Fault Handling area within an international engineering organization in the automotive industry.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Fault Handling process operates smoothly and efficiently across the organization. You will collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders, managing day-to-day operational matters while also driving long-term strategic development within the area.This is a senior-level assignment requiring strong program management capabilities, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, global environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the Fault Handling area within EngineeringEnsure a structured and efficient Fault Handling processManage daily operational questions and process-related topicsDrive continuous improvements aligned with strategic objectiveCollaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholdersEstablish governance, transparency, and process qualityMandatory RequirementsExtensive experience in senior program management or similar leadership roleProven experience working with Fault Handling processesStrong hands-on knowledge of JIRA/VIRA (mandatory)Experience working within large and complex organizationsAbility to balance operational execution with strategic developmentMeritoriousLong and in-depth experience with JIRA/VIRAExperience from the automotive industry or engineering-driven environmentsExperience in change management and process developmentPersonal Qualities:Structured and analyticalStrong communication skillsCollaborative and relationship-orientedSelf-driven and proactiveStrategic mindset combined with operational execution capabilityLocation: Torslanda, Gothenburg, Sweden (Onsite)Assignment Period: April 1, 2026
