You will be responsible for deg and overseeing technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices and client business needs.✔️Key Responsibilities:Serve as the lead technical architect on ServiceNow projects.Collaborate with clients (in German) to analyze business and technical requirements.Design scalable and maintainable solutions across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, standards, and architectural governance.Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams and developers.Participate in architecture reviews, risk assessments, and performance tuning.Act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external clients.✔️Requirements:Proven experience as a ServiceNow architect (minimum 3–5 years).In-depth knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules and integration capabilities.Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, CTA).Fluency in German (C1 or above)
