Java Application Performance Engineer

Main Responsibilities:Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in java/weblogic application performance.Develop and implement performance optimization strategies to enhance the speed, responsiveness, and scalability of java/weblogic applications.Collaborate with software developers and architects to design and implement performance enhancements and optimizations.Monitor and analyse web application performance metrics using monitoring tools and systems.Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, both proactively and reactively, and provide recommendations for resolution.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web application performance engineering.Requirements:Higher education level within IT or other similar fields are preferredSeveral years of experience as Performance Engineer or within similar rolesStrong understanding of application architecture and performance optimization techniques.Proficient in performance testing tools and methodologies. (JMeter)Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools. (ex. AppDynamics)Experience with performance monitoring and analysis weblogic applicationFamiliarity with webserver configurations and optimization.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Temenos Core Banking would be advantage.Fluency in Enlish both writting and speaking
