We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society.🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for IT Analyst🔹Possible location in Poland : Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warszawa, Łódź (This position requires an office presence of at least 2 days per week)Must have skills:5+ Experience in IT and/or business analysisKnowledge of the banking sector and payment domain (SEPA, Swift and ISO messages)Experience with reconciliation processes and statement generation.Experience or knowledge of Data Mapping, Data Migration and Process ModellingPractical knowledge of SQL, user interface prototyping and designExperience of using Jira and ConfluenceStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and familiar with international collaboration with different stakeholder groupsExperience with agile way of working and its methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban)Daily work tasks:Analyze business and IT requirements, with a strong focus on payment systems.Participate in integration projects delivered in on-premise, hybrid, and cloud (SaaS) environments.Design and prototype user interfaces (UI) in cooperation with design and development teams.Identify stakeholders and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements.Support development and quality assurance teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.Prepare, document, and maintain business and technical requirements specifications (functional and non-functional).Contact person: XXXX XXXX
