We’re the team that opens the window into the software factory, making its inner workings clear and accessible.Through monitoring and visualization of CI/CD, environment and product, we turn raw data into stories that teams can act on.In this role you will be the Data Architect working together with other teams and architects to build and structure the next generation of CI/CD solutionsKey Responsibilities:Lead the ConX engineering data product end to endDefine canonical domain models and metric semanticsDesign scalable, event driven data architectureEnable observability and feedback loops across the software lifecycleEnsure data quality, reliability, and trustEstablish data governance, security, and access modelsEnable self service analytics and decision makingRequired Qualifications:Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in deg large scale data or software systems.5–10 years of experience across software engineering, DevOps/platform engineering, and data engineering, with hands on exposure to software delivery and production systems.2–5 years of experience in technical leadership or architectural roles, leading design decisions across CI/CD, back-end development, engineering data platforms, or data domains.Proven experience deg and evolving data architectures and data structures that enable scalable, self service access to engineering and product data for diverse users.Strong expertise in data modeling and pipeline architecture, including event driven ingestion, canonical domain modeling, and transformation layers for analytical use.Experience working with CI/CD and observability ecosystems (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK), with the ability to abstract tool specific data into consistent, tool agnostic models.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated ability to reason about complex systems, trade offs, and data driven decision making at scale. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders to align on data definitions and architectural decisions..Meritorious qualifications:Volvo experienceKnowledge of data security, regulations, and compliance standards.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments.We offer continuously.
