Unit Quality Leader / Project Leader

For our client Volvo Cars we are looking for a Quality Leader / Project Leader.DescriptionThe role includes to operate Operational Excellence meetings, supporting quality discussions and helping ensure alignment with unit-wide quality goals. Other task XXXX XXXX further develop ConX Ways of Working (WoW) and key improvement initiatives, align priorities with Volvo Cars Unified Software Factorie and ensure effective collaboration across teams to support successful delivery.Competence Profile:Extensive experience in in-house product development.Strong background in software development processes, including quality assurance for both in-house and third-party software.Proven track record in large-scale development programs involving software, hardware, and mechatronics.Skilled at engaging and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.Solid experience in project managementAbility to build relationships and trust with ease.Confident and effective communicator and presenter.Good understanding of cloud technologies, telematics, mobile applications, and embedded development.Comprehensive knowledge of the full in-house software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, including quality assurance.We offer continuously.
