We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society.🔹 For our Client from the pharmaceutical industry we are looking for System Manager 🔹✔️ Main job requirements:Experience working with enterprise IT systems; familiarity with internal corporate systems and relevant SOPs is highly desirable.Good understanding of IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and service request handling (e.g. ServiceNow or similar tools).Knowledge of user access management and platform governance principles.Ability to work in accordance with corporate IT policies, procedures, and risk management requirements.Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.Analytical mindset with the ability to manage configuration changes and platform-related activities.Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.Advantage if the person:Interest in or working knowledge of product analytics / digital adoption platforms such as Pendo or WalkMe is considered a strong plus.✔️Scope of Responsibilities:Maintain and update ITSM system records (e.g. ServiceNow) in line with established processes.Lead and participate in the delivery of configuration changes on existing systems and platforms.Document, analyze, and process incidents and problems, ensuring proper resolution and root-cause analysis.Perform platform monitoring to ensure stability, performance, and availability.Document and process service requests according to defined procedures.Facilitate and manage the User Access Management process.Conduct platform-related assessments and evaluations (PSE) in line with internal standards.Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and procedures, including maintaining up-to-date IT risk assessments and implementing appropriate controls.Ensure accurate and comprehensive technical documentation of the platform.✔️Additional Responsibilities (as time allows):Lead, support, or deliver advanced configuration changes, including data integrations and metadata management.Perform data mapping activities.Prepare and deliver regular reports on platform performance and progress.Design and maintain dashboards for business and technical stakeholders.✔️ We offer:B2B agreementTransparent working conditions with both Ework and the clientCurrent support during our cooperationPossibility to work in an international environmentCollaborative environment in Swedish organizational culturePrivate medical careLife insuranceMultisportTeambuilding events Contact person: XXXX XXXX
