We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society.🔹 For our Client we are looking for Business Analyst 🔹✔️ Typical tasks and responsibilities:Models and documents value chain/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities and data.Elicits and analyses business needs, requirements and user stories,Supports business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software developmentMaintains and tracks requirements/user stories in systems lifecycleTransfers business, users and technical needs into business requirements specification,Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system featuresAnalyses available systemsSupports identification of options for potential solutionsSupports preparation of business cases and feasibility studiesContributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management.Responsible for deg, validating, and testing business processes for achieving business process excellenceResponsible for taking a holistic approach in the planning and managing of a programmes for continuous improvements of business processesResponsible for coaching Frontex staff on upcoming changes, ensuring that a plan is in place to teach new skills and/or process changesCollaborates with owners of end-to-end processes to continually seek out process improvementsIdentifies opportunities for business process improvement leading to improved customer service, lower costs, or higher revenue (effectiveness and efficiency gains) Communicates project objectives, business case, requirements, and scope to all stakeholders, in order to better provide rapid responses to business needsQuantitatively analyses business processes, performing cost-benefit and what-if analysisPlans organizational changes processImplements performance monitoring systems for business processesSupports business users in developing strategic and tactical plans (e.g. sector strategies, implementation plans etc.)Supports definition of transition roadmaps for business architectures✔️ Knowledge and skills:Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the software solutionKnowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation, Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis,Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model etc.)Is proficient in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or othersPresents excellent analytical and communication skillsHolds ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectivelyPresents problem solving skills✔️ Specific requirements:Had role of the BA for a large-scale project (above 1 year duration and over €1M budget) of deployment enterprise resource planning systemExperienced in analysis of the following business processes: Logistics, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Fleet Management, Financial Management, Legal, HR, Project ManagementExperienced in business analysis considering capabilities of the Microsoft technologies: SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse.Experienced in business analysis considering capabilities of the Service Now platform (custom applications and standard Service Now modules): Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Porfolio Management, Customer Service Management (in on-prem and clould set-up)✔️ Required cerificates:At least 2 certifications among:Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA) or equivalentCertified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalentor equivalent certifications recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)✔️ We offer:B2B agreementTransparent working conditions with both Ework and the clientCurrent support during our cooperationPossibility to work in an international environmentCollaborative environment in Swedish organizational culturePrivate medical careLife insuranceMultisportTeambuilding events Contact person: XXXX XXXX
