Senior Product Owner

We are looking for at Senior Product Owner for our client in the pharma industryAs a Senior Product Owner, you will orchestrate the delivery of the customer’s Building Management Systems products that are critical to production, by connecting customer needs with business objectives. To succeed in this role, strong empathetic listening and negotiation skills are required, along with the ability to maintain product agility in close collaboration with Product Managers and key stakeholders. As an outcome-focused Senior Product Owner, you will drive product adoption and actively leverage continuous customer feedback to further develop and refine customer-centric solutions.You will manage a portfolio consisting of three key products within Building Management Systems, delivered in collaboration with external technology partners and vendors.Key responsibilitiesA Senior Product Owner is accountable for the full product lifecycle, from discovery to end-user adoption. In addition, the role is defined by the following core responsibility areas:Product vision and roadmap: Responsible for executing and ensuring strategic alignment of the overall product vision and roadmap, as well as managing the team backaccordance with these.Backlog management and prioritisation: Responsible for building, prioritising, and continuously refining the product backlog while balancing short- and long-term objectives.Stakeholder collaboration: Responsible for managing stakeholders and customers, negotiating priorities, and ensuring clear and effective communication between business, technical teams, and end users.Quality and value realisation: Responsible for ensuring that user stories and features deliver maximum value to both customers and the business, while maintaining high quality and usability.Agile leadership: Responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability, enabling the team to respond effectively to changing priorities and market conditions.Financial management: Acts as budget owner and is accountable for the financial performance of the products.Experience:5+ years of proven experience with driving user-centric product development in an agile setting.Proven experience with business knowledge/insights and navigating in a global organisation.Proven experience working in a user-centric fashion with product discovery principles.Required experience:Fluent in written and spoken English.Training and/or certifications in Scrum or other agile frameworks.Experience with online collaboration tools such as Azure Devops, Miro, or equivalent.
