Group Sustainability Function Specialist-D

For our client in Västerå, we are now looking for Group Sustainability Function Specialist.We are seeking a proactive and structured consultant to support our sustainability, compliance, and product stewardship initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross‑functional environments, enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights, and can independently drive processes forward.Key Responsibilities:LCA/EPD Planning & CoordinationLead the planning, management, and communication of Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) across the organization. Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders and external requirements.Monthly Reporting & Forum ParticipationPrepare and deliver updates on LCA/EPD progress in the monthly Circularity Forum. Collaborate closely with internal modelling experts (e.g., Mostafa) to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Data Collection & Stakeholder EngagementDrive additional data gathering efforts as existing datasets (e.g., from summer students) are consumed. Engage with hardware engineering teams in Västerås and Minden, and leverage external data tools such as Accuris to fill information gaps.REACH Reporting Template DevelopmentDesign and implement a standardized REACH report template to streamline compliance documentation and support regulatory readiness.Certificate Management & RenewalsDevelop a certificate management strategy covering product and material certifications. Monitor renewal timelines and proactively trigger renewal processes to ensure continuous compliance.QualificationsExperience with LCA/EPD processes, sustainability reporting, or environmental complianceFamiliarity with REACH, material compliance, or product certification frameworksStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering and cross‑functional teamsStructured, self‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreamsExperience with tools such as Accuris is a plusStart date: 2026-02-02End date: 2026-06-30Location: VästeråasEstimated Workload: 100%We offer continuously.
