Test leader

For our client we are looking for a Test Leader.Description of the assignmentLead the creation of verification plans and test strategies for Integration area of SW in complete electrical system and cars.Lead the daily verification activities in the SW Integration area. Working closely together with the China team.Reporting test progress to the Manager in Electric & SW Validation for the area and project team. But also identify and escalate verification risks to the management. You will be a part of the Integration test team. Contribute to a culture of improvement and encourage colleagues to implement improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency.Qualifications and skills required for the roleB.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent education8 years’ experience of automotive & integration of embedded systemsRelevant experience of verification in vehicleTeam leading experience or strong interest to grow in a leadership roleExperience in agile test methods is beneficialAbility to drive, motivate and convince. Swedish driver’s licensePersonal attributesInterest in cars and experience in drivingStrong test analysis skillsCultural awareness, especially China
