Assignment Description:We are looking for an engaged and driven HSE Specialist who wants to help advance our environmental, energy, and sustainability efforts across workshops nationwide.In this role, you will be a key contributor in supporting the organization on environmental and sustainability matters. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the environmental management system, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and acting as the main point of contact for authorities during inspections. You will have the opportunity to work closely with local workshops, help reduce environmental impact, and strengthen sustainability awareness throughout the organization.As an HSE Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team where you combine both operational and strategic work - from training and self‑assessments to reporting and participation in internal projects. We believe you are solution‑oriented, communicative, and strongly motivated to contribute to a more sustainable society.The position is flexible and can be based in several locations.Main ResponsibilitiesManage and further develop the company’s environmental management system (including ISO 14001 and ISO 50001)Support workshops and internal projects on environmental and sustainability topicsAct as the contact person for authorities, municipalities, and other stakeholdersEnsure compliance with laws and requirements through self‑assessments and reportingServe as an internal auditor for quality, occupational health and safety, environment, and energyQualificationsRelevant post‑secondary education in environment, natural sciences, sustainable development, engineering, or similar, along with experience working with environmental management, preferably according to ISO 14001 and ISO 50001At least 05 years of relevant professional experience, with the ability to work independently and drive environmental and sustainability initiatives in an operational settingStrong knowledge of environmental legislation, regulations, and chemical product handling, and how these are applied in practiceFamiliarity with internal governing documents and management systems within the environmental field, as well as experience working with processes, instructions, and authority contactsStrong communication skills with the ability to train and engage others in HSE topics - both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and EnglishHolds a B‑driver’s license, as travel to workshops is requiredStart date: 2026-02-02End date: 2027-02-28Location: StockholmEstimated Workload: 100%We offer continuously.
