Manufacturing Engineer

For our client we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer.What you'll do:Utilize strong manufacturing engineering mindset and previous experience in the automotive industry to ensure that the cars we build meet the highest expectations from our customers.Be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of industrialization projects, securing all Industrialization deliveries from the team to the car programsCoordinate commissioning and installation activities, issue list follow-upBe responsible for handing over equipment to end userStakeholder management, Line builder managementSecure all Manufacturing deliveries from the team to the car programsTake actions on manufacturing related obstacle to achieve best process design and update status to Gateway/Milestone reports within area of responsibility up to Final Data JudgmentGive solution proposals and escalate if needed with support from Equipment EngineersWorking towards closing the gap to the Vision layoutResponsible for Lean process design and process flowBe responsible for update status to Local Program ManagerBe responsible for lessons learned manage-ment, share best practice and knowledge and coach the team membersWhat you'll bring:Previous manufacturing engineering experience leading projects (installation/commissioning) is mandatoryCompetence in Lean Process DesignKnow-how of process electric drive units
