Description

We are looking for a business analyst for our client in the banking sector. Detailed description of work task XXXX XXXX carried out: We are looking for an external business analyst to join one of the key commercial initiatives in the bank, relaunching an existing product with an updated value proposition in the Finnish market. The selected candidate is expected to support our project team with go-to market activities, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders such as legal, compliance and risk. Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder & Inquiry Management: Serve as a central coordination point for internal questions, ensuring timely routing, triage, and support to reduce load on subjectmatter experts.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain and update Confluence documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and proper version control while consolidating inputs from multiple teams.
  • Planning & Coordination: Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and open issues across workstreams.
  • Payment & Product Support: Contribute to analysis and coordination of initiatives related to payment standards, einvoicing structures, agreement obligations, and other marketspecific developments.
  • Requirements & Backlog Support: Document new feature requirements, refine backlog items in JIRA or similar tools, and support business flow mapping and crossteam alignment.
  • Transition & Launch Preparation: Assist with transition and decommissioning planning, and support launch readiness through coordination of communication materials and productrelated documentation.
  • Business Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support preparation and execution of UAT activities, document findings, and contribute to ensuring readiness for golive. Must-have knowledge and experience:
  • Industry expertise around A2A retail and mobile payments
  • Excellent stakeholder mgmt., communication and planning skills
  • Previous working experience as a business analyst
  • Demonstrated ability to document requirements
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative Nice-to-have knowledge and experience:
  • Knowledge of POS and card payments
  • Knowledge of ISO 20022 standards
  • Knowledge of SEPA Request-to-Pay (SRTP)
  • Knowledge of e-invoicing and Finvoice standards
  • Good understanding of large scale end-to-end payment integrations
  • Previous experience as an IT analyst
