Their purpose is to share knowledge and improve production output.What you will doYou will be acting as a design consultant on Helperly and Digital Checklist, where you will be leading the design and continuous improvement of all UX aspects of.The user insights you gather will be a crucial part in scoping the projects and increasing end-user awareness in the organisation, and hence great stakeholder management skills are key to success in this role.As a Senior UXUI Design Consultant, your responsibilities will be to:Design high-quality user journeys and data input flows that raise the standard of design excellence and set benchmarks for quality within the product.Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to illustrate design concept and user flows.Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers to create cohesive user experiences. Contribute to value-proposition and roadmaps.Create simple, user-centered designs in Figma and act as a bridge between Frontend, the Product Owner, and our production users..Play a key role in the continuous enhancement and refinement of the product through monitoring, analysis, and iterative improvements.Constantly validate and refine ideas with real users, collecting new insights to assess the value of proposed features.Your competenciesWe expect you to bring:A relevant Master’s degree, as well as 4+ years’ experience within User Research, UX Design, UI Design, or Product DesignProficiency in interface design, experience with design systems, as well as an awareness and curiosity towards trends in user interface design.Proficiency in research and design tools such as Figma, Dovetail or MazeDemonstrated track record of driving user-centric processes in cross-functional teams in a pragmatic manner.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders, and the ability to showcase the Design Thinking way of working through convincing deliverablesDemonstrable experience collaborating in agile project teams with software developers, scrum masters, product owners etc.Self-reflection, being open to feedback, and contributing to a constructive and positive atmosphereFluent in English and Danish.Start date: 15-02-2026End date: XXX-XXX-XXXX Location: Bagsværd, Danmark For the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,9%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced.
