For our client in pharma industry we are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer.Job Description We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to support the OpenStudyBuilder (OSB) solution. The consultant will be responsible for maintaining and evolving the OSB design guidelines, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly interface across the platform. Key tasks include facilitating requirement clarifications via wireframing, collaborating closely with super users, SMEs, developers, and product owners, and driving the usability and visual identity of OSB. The role requires hands-on experience with Figma, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to bridge gaps between business and technical teams. Prior experience with OpenStudyBuilder or similar clinical data solutions is highly desirable. The consultant will play a critical role in accelerating feature discovery, supporting front-end development, and unifying design best practices across the OSB alliance.Required SkillsUX/UI tooling & delivery: Expert in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, design tokens), prototyping, and developer-ready specs (redlines, assets, handoff). Design systems: Proven experience maintaining and evolving a design system (component libraries, usage guidelines, accessibility patterns, versioning). Interaction & visual design: Strong information architecture, layout, typography, color, and responsive UI patterns for complex, data-heavy applications. User-centered methods: Wireframing, task flows, journey mapping, and usability testing (plan, run, synthesize) with actionable design iterations. Collaboration with engineering: Close collaboration with front-end developers; familiarity with React-based UI stacks and translating designs into feasible builds. Stakeholder facilitation: Ability to run workshops and clarify requirements with POs, SMEs, super users, QA, and developers; clear documentation of decisions. Accessibility & quality: Working knowledge of WCAG guidelines and inclusive design; sets measurable UX acceptance criteria and quality gates. Agile ways of working: Experience in Scrum/SAFe (PI planning, backlog refinement, design spikes, design reviews, and demo/inspect-adapt cycles). Domain awareness: Experience with clinical/regulated products or adjacent enterprise tools; ability to learn OSB concepts quickly (e.g., study specs, standards). Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; concise design rationales tailored to technical and non-technical audiences. Practical delivery mindset: Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, managing design debt, and balancing discovery with incremental delivery.
