We are looking for a Payroll to Finance Expert, Modernized Core HR and Payroll for our client in the financial industryJob Description:Lead the end-to-end payroll-to-finance integration for the Modernize Core HR & Payroll (Izzy Program)Ensure seamless connection between SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP) and financial systemsStandardize posting/WTR templates and GL mapping across all entitiesDesign and enforce reconciliation logic, coverage, and accountabilityCoordinate cutover and balances strategy, ensuring readiness and fallback plansEstablish governance, maintain decision logs, and drive compliance and risk controls in line with audit expectationsCollaborate closely with Group People and Group Finance teamsEnsure knowledge transfer and handover to the Payroll-to-Finance Process Owner for business-as-usual (BAU) operationsRequired skills:Strong accounting and controlling expertise (GL, Chart of Accounts, reconciliations)Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP), SAP ECC and/or different finance systemsSAP ECC/ECP and reporting proficiencyExperience in payroll-to-finance integration projectsExperience in leading project teamsGovernance and decision-making experienceProject management skillsRisk and compliance mindsetVendor and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication and documentation abilitiesNice-to-have skills:Previous work in large-scale HR/payroll transformation programsFamiliarity with the client's finance and HR systemsExperience in multinational or matrix organizationsKnowledge of audit processes and requirementsChange management experienceStart date: 20-01-2026End date: 17-01-2027Location: Copenhagen, Denmark / Stockholm, Sweden / Oslo, Norway / Helsinki, FinlandFor the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,9%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced.We offer candidates continuously.
