Digital Assessment and Ongoing Optimization support BackgroundFollowing major transformation initiatives, conversion rate optimization has been deprioritized, and progress has stalled. This has had a negative impact on digital sales. Both a thorough analysis of current sales funnels and on-site support are needed to establish effective CRO processes.Assignment description Review of existing digital sales funnels and user journeys to identify critical drop-off points, complemented by benchmarking against industry best practices in order to maximize digital sales & prolongationsActivities to be performed 1. Optimization review: Online sales performance for 5G and mobile subscriptions, with and without hardware, including prolongations. Telenor.se, D2C, Sweden. Digital channels in scope: ○ Paid Media: Meta + SEM (incl content) ○ Website (conversion funnel) ○ SEO ○ CBM (email, sms, push)2.
