You need to be a social person with experience in problem-solving, take initiative, be independent, skilled in collaboration, and have a well-developed sense of safety.Job Description: As a Technical Property Manager, you will play a central role in our operations in Gothenburg. You will be responsible for managing our properties and working to ensure high-quality property management. Your main responsibilities include:Processing service requests and handling operational disruptions.Supervision and inspection of facilities and outdoor areas to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with regulations.Responsible to plan, manage, and execution of: maintenance, renovations, refurbishments, repairs, and upkeep of company facilities, including building systems, appliances, and outdoor areas. Taking part in HSE Activities, like safety rounds and routines.Project management of smaller projects and adaptations of properties, office moves and etc.Developing project scope, budget, and schedule in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.Ensuring projects are within budget and on time, observing and inspecting work to maintain quality standards.Setting requirements for the procurement of external services in areas such as construction, electricity, water, cleaning, and more.Contact with various maintenance companies and subcontractors to ensure efficient collaboration, service delivery and timely completion.Provide feedback maintenance companies and subcontractor about their deliverables to ensure operational enhancement.Managing staff relations and collaboration to meet their needs and wishes.Participating in property councils and contributing to the strategic development of our properties.Deg and overseeing cleaning schedules to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.Providing administrative support by managing facility expenses, restocking supplies, and coordinating office and parking space allocation.Conducting analysis of real estate opportunities, assessing costs and benefits.Requirements and Qualifications: We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements and qualifications:3-5 years of experience in property management.Relevant education in real estate or a similar field.Proficient in both written and spoken Swedish and EnglishTechnical competence and ability to handle various technical aspects of property management.Structured and solution-oriented with the ability to work independently.Good knowledge of Office programs, especially Excel. Experience with SAP/SRM is an advantage.Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance principles, project management principles, and skilled trades expertise.Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and facilities management software.Ability to think quickly and act decisively during emergencies.Having a background in procurement is advantageous, but not mandatory.A category B driver's license is required for this position.We Offer: As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment where your skills and commitment are appreciated and rewarded.
