Loan IQ is a strategic application within the hub for Complex & Structured Corporate Loans. The team is located mainly in the Tricity areaWe expect Scrum master to help to ensure progress, predictability and quality. Teams are a mix of internals and externals. SM is to work closely with Product Owner and the team to perform: planning, follow up, delivery, impediment handling, continuous Improvement. SM supports the Technology Product Lead (TPL) which is an RTE with responsibility also for RUN the Bank in managing the Hub, and implementation of Ways of Working and tools.Possible location in Poland : Gdańsk - this position requires an office presence of at least 60% on average.
