Remote work is possible but two days at the office is preferableWe are now looking for a Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Apps skilled developer to join Compliance Technology with the main focus to set and drive the reporting structures and deliver in the intersection of data, technology, automation to enable compliance to work in efficient and automated way.What you’ll be doing:-Develop Copilot Studio and Power Apps solutions from concept, design, build, test and release-Building AI assistants and AI agents end-to-end within this solution-Integrate Copilot Studio solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.).-Contribute to establishing efficient processes and defining tools for information gathering and reporting, for automation of Group Compliance processes,-Make judgements, clarifications and decisions with relevant stakeholders in building solutions,-Work closely with your team members on data delivery and analytics in response to various complex ad-hoc requests-Build data structures and flows to improve data qualityTo succeed in this role, we believe that you:-Show drive and independence in information gathering and reporting process design-Customer centric attitude and a strong will to succeed-Excellent collaboration and team work skills-A responsive, organized, and professional nature, and is dedicated to project success-A strong solution-oriented and analytical mindsetYour experience and background:-Excellent skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Dataverse, and especially Copilot Studio-Previous experience in risk, compliance and audit areas is advantage-Experience agile methodology-Experience from data handling and data visualization-Excellent English skills, both written and spokenAdditional nice-to-have skills:-Experience in delivering AI-driven solutions for Compliance use cases, ideally with exposure to non-financial risk data or prior work in Risk, Compliance, Legal, or Audit domains-Familiarity with data handling and governance in regulated environments.-Understanding of security and compliance requirements when deploying AI agents.We offer:-B2B agreement-Transparent working conditions with both Ework and the client-Current support during our cooperation-Possibility to work in an international environment-Collaborative environment in Swedish organizational culture-Private medical care-Life insurance-Multisport-Teambuilding events Contact person: XXXX XXXX
