HR AI Solution Architect
Description
Assignment descriptionShape the Future of HR with Modern AI Join us as we unlock new ways of working for Group HR, combining human insight with intelligent, autonomous systems to deliver faster, fairer, and more delightful employee experiences. In this 50% assignment, you will architect highimpact solutions, coach teams, and set standards that help HR scale modern AI responsibly across our global organization. Why This Role Matters AI is transforming how HR attracts, develops, and supports people. As our Solution Architect, you will turn possibilities into production by deg resilient patterns, governing for safety and trust, and building the runway for HR to experiment, learn, and scale. The result is better decisions, fewer manual steps, and experiences that reflect our values and Employee Value Proposition. What You Will Do Design Modern AI for HRLead architecture for a broad range of AI components across HR processes (talent acquisition, employee services, workforce planning). Enable implementation of multiple AI paradigms, including Generative AI, agentic AI, information extraction, and other emerging approaches. Select fitforpurpose patterns and toolchains within our enterprise ecosystem. Build for Scale, Resilience, and CostEffectivenessDefine reference architectures and nonfunctional guardrails (performance, reliability, observability, cost). Design how agents execute end-to-end keeping response times and token usage under control handling retries and errors and degrading gracefully when dependencies fail. Ensure solutions run effectively across hybrid environments. Enable Teams and Accelerate Delivery Coach HR product team, engineers, and analysts on AI design, experiment backlogs, and quality practices. Curate starter kits, templates, and golden paths to reduce time to value. Govern Responsibly Embed pragmatic governance for AI and data aligned with frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act. Partner with security, data, and compliance to deliver safe and explainable outcomes. Operate with Product Thinking Support the HR product team in creating an adaptive operating model with clear roles, SLAs, rollout steps, and measurement so teams can evolve AI capabilities confidently. Help define how agentic systems are measured over time (value, cost, reliability, and human oversight) Your First 90 Days Map opportunities: identify three to five highvalue AI use cases in HR with technical feasibility, risk, and expected impact. Set the baseline: publish a lightweight reference architecture and pattern catalog (Generative AI, agentic orchestration, information extraction), plus a starter governance checklist for HR initiatives. Accelerate delivery: establish a pilot path with templates, testing guidance, and observability so teams can ship small, safe increments quickly. What Success Looks Like by Six Months Reliable patterns in production: at least two HR workflows enhanced by AI are live, observable, and costeffective. Teams are enabled: HR and IT teams use shared golden paths and guardrails to deliver new AI features with fewer handoffs. Governance is practical: controls are rightsized and embedded in ways of working, and audits and reviews are predictable and lightweight. How We Work Collaboration Partner closely with HR stakeholders, HR product teams, and the Architecture Advisory community, sharing patterns and learnings openly. Culture and EVP We put people first, encouraging curiosity, inclusion, and growth. You will find the space to experiment and the support to scale what works. Assignment setup This is a 50% capacity role, ideal for someone who thrives on focus, clear outcomes, and high leverage. Ready to Architect the Future of HR Bring your expertise, curiosity, and care for people. to help us build AI solutions that make HR smarter, simpler, and more human at global scale. Skill requirements:What You Will BringEnterprise architecture craft: experience deg scalable, productiongrade solutions in hybrid environments and turning strategy into reference designs and standards. AI knowhow: handson experience with agentic patterns (ReAct, tool use, multiagent orchestration, retrievalaugmented generation), Generative AI, information extraction, and modern stacks (Azure and the Microsoft ecosystem, orchestration layers). Responsible AI mindset: familiarity with AI governance frameworks and risk controls, balancing innovation with safety and trust. Enablement and leadership: ability to coach, simplify, and remove friction, bringing product teams, HR stakeholders, and architects together to deliver outcomes. Agentic GenAI Depth Hands on experience architecting, deg and developing production grade GenAI and agentic systems including: Experience with managed and/or self-hosted LLM platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI or equivalent) including model selection, prompt lifecycle management, versioning, and rollback strategies.Practical experience with agent frameworks and orchestration layers (e.g. Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, MS Agent Framework or custom implementations) including tool-calling, state management, and multi-agent coordination. Deg RAG systems beyond basics chunking strategies, embedding lifecycle, relevance tuning, access control, and data drift handling. Defining evaluation criteria for agents, test cases, hallucination and failure detection, human-in-the-loop thresholds and safe fallback or kill-switch mechanisms. Deg for token efficiency, latency control, caching, batching and observability of agent behavior in production. Nice to have Experience integrating HR systems (HCM, case management) with AI services. Familiarity with recruitment marketing and alignment with the Employee Value Proposition. Level 4 Senior* Knowledge
