The assignment involves analyzing, structuring, and driving the work forward to ensure that the organization is ready for expansion into new markets. The role requires a senior profile with both strategic understanding and operational drive.Your assignmentMap and analyze current HR operations: Identify strengths, risks, and areas for improvement.Define in-house vs. outsourcing strategy: What should be done internally and what should be outsourced to meet global needs?Develop a clear plan and priorities: Ensure structure and direction for HR operations in an international context.Project manage the work: Independently drive initiatives, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and create conditions for effective processes.Strengthen the team's working methods: Ensure that the HR team is on track and that processes run smoothly.We are looking for someone whoHas in-depth experience of HR operations and has been on a similar journey in an international environment.Is used to working independently as a project manager and can quickly create structure in complex situations.Understands global HR processes and how to organize to handle a broad scope.Has experience from small or medium-sized companies, where flexibility and adaptability are crucial.Is solution-oriented, structured, and confident in making decisions.Scope60–75%Please note!
