We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society.🔹 For our Client from the automotive sector we are looking for Senior Business Analyst🔹As a Business Analyst in our Data Governance and Data Management team, you will engage with various teams and business stakeholders to identify needs, analyze business requirements, and help understand and map end-to-end data value chains. You will take the lead to define data solutions that best fit business requirements✔️ Location: Wrocław/ hybrid model (preferably)✔️ Daily tasks:Lead the analysis and resolution of data pain points, working together with the Business stakeholders, and the delivering product teams:Animate workshops with Business and IT stakeholdersUnderstand and detail the data pain points encountered by Business, describe the Business ValueFind the root causes of the pain pointIdentify solutions that best fit business requirements, define action planDocument the user stories to be deliveredFollow-up on progress of the delivery with involved product teamsDefine the Business Scope for the Data Quality dashboard that will enable to measure and follow up the data quality, describe the Minimum Viable Product to be implemented by Data Quality Team. Document the test plan and scenario and act as facilitator towards the business stakeholders.Describe and document data lifecycles, data flows, business processes and end-to-end value chains Document the outcome of the studies, share the results with stakeholdersBecome an expert on one or more data domain knowledge, to draw conclusions and to provide answers to business stakeholders questions.
