We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society.🔹 For our Client from the automotive sector we are looking for Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant/Developer 🔹We are seeking experienced, senior-level Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant / Developer to join an international implementation project for a global automotive client.As part of this team, you will be responsible for delivering and implementing functionalities related to Sales and Customer Service and selected Marketing components of the Dynamics 365 platform. Familiarity with Field Service module and MS copilot would be considered an asset, as future development in these areas is anticipated.✔️ Location: Wrocław/ hybrid model (preferably)✔️ Main responsibilities:Collaborate closely with business representatives and client-side project teams.Conduct process analysis, system configuration and development.Lead and facilitate workshops.Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.Analyze business requirements and map them to Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities (Sales module, Customer Service and selected Marketing components).Design and recommend solutions to support CRM processes.Conduct workshops, training sessions, and consultations with business users.Configure the system and prepare functional and process documentation.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution rollout.Advise on best practices and identify development opportunities within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.✔️Required competences:5–7 years of experience as a Solution Consultant / Developer for Dynamics 365 CRM.Strong knowledge of Sales and Customer Service modules, plus other Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform functionalities.Proven experience in implementation projects involving configuration and business process optimization.Broaden understanding of CRM systems and their integration with other applications.Ability to conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into system solutions.Fluent English, both spoken and written.✔️ We offer:B2B agreementTransparent working conditions with both Ework and the clientCurrent support during our cooperationPossibility to work in an international environmentCollaborative environment in Swedish organizational culturePrivate medical careLife insuranceMultisportTeambuilding events Contact person: XXXX XXXX AV01Do you know someone who would fit this position?
