Lead MS Software Architect

For our client we're looking for a Lead Software Development Architect responsible for driving the design and development of complex, high-quality software solutions. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership in software engineering practices. The Lead Architect collaborates closely with development teams, product management, and stakeholders. Responsibility Expectations:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers.
• Leading development team of 5 persons in Finland and collaborating development teams in Eastern Europe.
• Participate in development effort hands-on.
• Participate in solution component design, including integrations, APIs, and data models from implementation perspective.
• Collaborate with solution and integration architects, product management and stakeholders to align design decisions.
• Willingness travelling to Czechia avg. 4-5 days per month. Hard Skills:
• Extensive experience in software design and development for complex, cloud based, custom-built applications.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., C#, Angular)
• Database platforms (e.g., SQL Server)
• Architectural and integration patterns (e.g., event-driven design, service bus)
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure development stack, including:
• App Services, Functions, API Management, IoT Hub, Fabric
• Deep understanding of design patterns, clean code principles, and scalable architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills. Soft Skills:
• Ability to lead own development team and collaborate in delivery team of 50+ members
• Strong communication skills for engaging technical and business stakeholders
