Description: In 2026, the Product Management and Growth Domain in reMarkable's Product Incubation Department will experience key personnel absent on parental leave. To sustain business as usual, support of 1.5 to 2 FTEs is sought to backfill capacity from February through August (including a pause for vacation during July). The FTEs will be integrated into the Product Management and Growth domain for the duration of the engagement. The scope will vary with the needs of reMarkable and will be determined on a running basis between reMarkable and Supplier contact persons. Specific tasks with defined milestones will be provided during the engagement. Deliverables:

• Support successful Product Roadmap Review in accordance with reMarkable's process
• Support Project Portfolio and planning initiatives within the Product Incubation department
• Lead or support continuous improvement activities such as process and governance improvements
• Project management or project management support of early stage product development projects
• Product Management support either directly in product development projects or with business operations
• Business case development for early stage product concepts in accordance with reMarkable's standards
• Lead or support product sustainability assessments
• Lead or support the development of product strategies or related strategic / direction setting artefactsDeliverables will be continuously assessed and approved by reMarkable during the term of the engagement. Additional scope and new deliverables may be assigned.Presisering av behovetKunden ser for seg seg en konsulent med ca 8-10 års erfaring (evt 6-12 års erfaring for riktig profil)Kunden ønsker konsulent med allsidig bakgrunn og dokumentert erfaring fra å lykkes i komplekse organisasjoner med høy fart, gjerne som prosjektleder eller lignende. Kunden ønsker konsulent med erfaring med produkt- eller tjenesteutvikling. Her er det viktig å presisere utvikling av kommersielle produkter eller tjenester, og ikke IT prosjekter. Dependencies:
• Supplier deliverables must be aligned and agreed upon with reMarkable contact persons.
• Supplier depends on timely access to reMarkable stakeholders and key information.
• Supplier shall draw upon relevant best practices and subject matter experts when relevant.
• Supplier shall be available on-site a minimum of 3 days a week. Duration:
• Engagement starts 1 February 2026 and lasts until 31 August 2026.
