What will you do?
In this role within Generation in BA Wind, you will play a crucial part in advancing our commitment to safe, reliable electrical work and electrical installations. By setting clear rules and frameworks, you provide the foundation for safe operation trough continuous improvement.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Secure compliance, setting rules and following up on training and competence for the personnel working with electrical systems.
- Establishing formal arrangements for consultation and cooperation between nominated persons responsible for electrical installations where two or more installations connects.
- Regulating access to areas where people may be exposed to electrical hazards.
- Delegating tasks thoughtfully while documenting responsibilities clearly to support accountability across teams
- Adopting and implementing Wind Electrical Safety Rules in line with BA Wind policy, including developing routines and instructions for both normal operations and troubleshooting
- Ensuring up-to-date records, risk assessments, warning markings, and emergency arrangements are maintained according to company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy
You will collaborate closely with site management, technical experts, contractors, and other nominated persons to ensure electrical safety during all work at sites. You will be playing an important role in securing the right training of technicians and assessing their competences before they start work. You will together with the sites and colleges from the other countries be organizing inspections at suitable intervals, and establishing preventive as well as corrective maintenance routines.

Qualifications
Who are you
You bring a solid background as an Electrical Engineer or in a similar technical field, supported by hands-on experience as an Electrically Skilled Person. Your deep understanding of Danish legislation enables you to navigate complex requirements and ensure safe operations across multiple installations. You know your way around MS Office, which helps you manage documentation and communication efficiently. If you are a qualified auditor or investigator, that is considered as an advantage.
Your skill set includes:
- Advanced knowledge of electrical safety principles and practical application: Essential for maintaining high standards across all wind sites.
- Good administrative and organizational abilities: To keep processes running smoothly and ensure compliance.
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written in Danish and English.
- Confident presentation skills: To share insights and foster cooperation between colleagues from different disciplines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving: You thrive when identifying risks early and devising practical solutions.
- You enjoy collaborating with others to develop routines that make workplaces safer. You are at your best when leading efforts to assess electrical risks, prioritizing tasks effectively, and supporting others through transparent knowledge sharing. Your disciplined mindset allows you to stay focused on details while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
